RN Agnys Kent of Moulsoe almost 5 quarters borne on Palme sonday last was twelfmonth about some {sic} rising sent to me May 14. ☿. h. 5. p m. 1628.

It is pyned & cōsumed belly hard & voydeth wormes living 6. wasteth in the body. was nurced by goody Keburne. goody Keburne came into another nurces house & would needes suckle it, wheath^r the nurce would or no & sinc mutch amys & it swounded twice to day belly very hard flesh quite wasted was not well tended by goody Keburne face swelled buttocke black & blewe. cānot stand vppon the lyms the child p^rsent w^th goody Alton of Moulsoe it did batle well vnder this nurce vntill goody Keburne her former nurce would suckle it force tooke some surfet.

RN Goodman Honour of Newport for his wife who hath bene longe sick & is nowe very exceeding ill h {sic} as her husband telleth me. hanc male suspicant^r de veneficio

RN Agnes Hoton. 7 yeres on sct Valentines eve being sunday amisse in her lims & tounge & feete & hath no sence nor feeling therin at first shee did fall for 2 or 3 dizeases. now hath lost the senc & vse of her lims

RN Will Knight tooke his sicknes die {illeg} Ian 4 die Ian. {sic} 5. die ♀ h. 3. in aur. very evill handled w^th sicknes vomiteth hath a rising in his stomack leeke an apostume ready to stoppe his breath. burneth very mutch thirsty & drye. 1599.

RN William Downing \of filgrave/ of the his child Abigayle a yere & 3 quarters. old. very sick for 3 houre{s} when it taketh it at 2 a clock morning & at 12 it vomiteth whatsoever it taketh the Drinke & sucke it taketh & handleth very ill for the space of 3 houres Aug 27. die ☉ h. 3. 1598 quærit remediū it loketh pale as ashes at p philgrave.

RN my broth^r Sandy sent me a letter touching M^r Shaxtons cony catching of ve\r/y Cony Catchers indede feb 27. h {sic} hor 4. 30 p m 1608. yet writeth y^t he now will not goe but y^t his fath^r would have him come to Oxford & my broth^r if he cā will get him 20 lib. to goe to Oxford.

RN Iohn Spencer of W|S|^r Robartꝭ Spencers servant. Martij 30 ♂ hor. 8. 9. ant m. 1602. cōplayneth of his left syde & spleene & swelling of his legge.

RN Hugh Tomson  filio williā qui graviter ægrotat who he supposeth to be taken or planet stroken because he is so sorely handled w^th it in his chest & syde and & {sic} cannot to ground & \nor/ make water. he could not sleepe all this last night. Novēber. the 9 die ♃ h. 6 9 ant m. 1598.

RN Everard \Woodland/ troubled e|i|t tooke him his sicknes tooke him on a weddensday before Barnabe a yere & half old pined & consumed w^th it. pale of coleur. refuseth his vittayles & vomiteth it vp w^th a coughing the 27 of Novemb. die ☾. h. 11. 45. ant m. 1598. pater  filio

RN Iohn Malins a yere & a quarter lacking a fortnight as it were pined in all her lims & bodye hed a poer bare creature. cannot sleepe not at any time in a moneth or fortnight but crye and Drinke mater adduxit se{cū} filiolā veret^r ne sit maleficio v^l veneficio afflictus. RN King of haversham for his wife Agnes y^t was brought a bed 7 weekes agoe. in her back syde & belli loynes & hucbones hath no stomacke. hot & boumd {sic} for a weeke. May the 9. die ☿ h. 5. 20 p m. 1599.
